The building was acquired subject to a number of short term lettings and protected tenancies. We developed a strategy to achieve vacant possession and obtain planning consent to extend and refurbish the building. The works included partial demolition and extending the building to the rear and side to increase its size by approximately 25%. All of the services and finishes were renewed in order to create a high quality building providing a mixture of retail, offices and residential accommodation with large roof terraces.
